Instructions for the Right of Withdrawal of Consumers

Consumers are particularly protected by means of their own right of withdrawal. The scope, functionality and legal consequences of this right of withdrawal are described below.
A withdrawal is generally the possibility for a contractual partner to withdraw from a concluded contract by reversing the exchanged services. The following is specifically about the consumer's right of withdrawal.
According to § 13 BGB a consumer means every natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside his trade, business or profession.
I. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from contracts concluded with us via the website within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period has expired.

Your declaration to withdraw from the contract must be clear. In order to ensure the clarity of the revocation, you can use the attached model withdrawal form. This model withdrawal form is an option for you, but not mandatory. If you make use of the model revocation, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of the revocation by e-mail or by post.

II. Effects of withdrawal
If you revoke the contract, both parties are obliged to reverse the contract.
This means that we will pay you back for all transactions that we have received from you. All transactions also include the delivery costs (unless these are additional costs resulting from you having chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). We will return the money to you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will we charge any fees for the repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You (as a consumer) are obliged to return or hand over the goods received to us immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The correct shipping address is:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the regular costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling in any other manner than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
